BUSINESS NEED

The Customer has many recruiters on board serving their clients constant need of talented IT resources. Much of their time was going into the mundane work of logging into multiple Job portals, identifying and screening the profiles best suited for the requirements. The Customer wanted a solution that could help the recruiters spend their time more productively - talking to the candidates rather than browsing through multiple portals to find suitable profiles.

Enwidth provided a solution to the customer by implementing UIPath as the Robotic Process Automation tool to automate the process of candidate sourcing from various portals which did the following activities

  • Build HR RPA Repository
  • Simultaneously log onto multiple Job portals using the RPA Bots
  • Resume Searches on Job Boards based on the skill sets and criteria

  • Send out emails to the recruiters with the matching profiles
